Gold - a card with a Gold loyalty level you receive with a turnover of BGN 5,000 through our official website www.graffithotel.com within one calendar year.

• 1 free night per year in a standard room at the Graffit Gallery Hotel
Platinum - a card with a Platinum loyalty level you receive with a turnover of BGN 10,000 through our official website www.graffithotel.com within one calendar year.
Your advantages:
• 10% discount for hotel accommodation
• 10% discount on all hotel services offered at Graffit Gallery Hotel
• 2 free nights per year in a standard room at the Graffit Gallery Hotel
• 1 free entrance to the Executive Lounge at Aquahouse Thermal & Beach with free transfer from / to the complex per year
As a member of Graffit Loyalty you will have the opportunity to receive information about special promotional offers, news for future events, bonuses and other preferences*
*For this purpose, we need to receive in your completed Application for participation in the "Loyalty Program", your explicit consent to use the personal data provided by you for marketing purposes of Graffit Gallery Hotel.
Terms of membership in Graffit Loyalty:
Every guest of Graffit Gallery Hotel has the right to become a member of Graffit Loyalty after the first accommodation in the hotel. For this purpose, it is necessary to fill in an Application for participation in the "Loyalty Program".
General conditions for using the Graffit Loyalty card:
Graffit Loyalty card is issued by and remains the property of Grafit Gallery Ltd.
The Graffit Loyalty card is issued after filling in an Application for participation in the "Loyalty Program", signed by the cardholder and presented in person at the reception of the Graffit Gallery Hotel.
The personal data specified in the Application will be used only for the purposes of the "Loyalty Program" and will be processed in accordance with the personal data protection policy of Grafit Gallery Ltd.
The application for issuance of a card is individual.
Graffit Loyalty members can be only adult. Person who is a member of Graffit Loyalty is entitled to receive an identity card for the appropriate level of loyalty, which is achieved in accordance with the policy of Graffit Loyalty.
Graffit Loyalty card privileges are used upon presentation of the card at the Graffit Gallery Hotel or by entering the card number in the booking engine at www.graffithotel.com.
A digital Graffit Loyalty card is sent to the e-mail address specified by the cardholder when filling in the Application for membership in the "Loyalty Program" of Graffit Gallery Hotel.
Graffit Loyalty card plastic is received at Graffit Gallery Hotel for the respective level of loyalty, which is achieved according to the policy of Graffit Loyalty Program.
The issuance of a Graffit Loyalty card is free of charge.

Graffit Gallery Hotel is not responsible for illegal actions or misuse of third parties with the individual Graffit Loyalty card for the period from the occurrence of circumstances of theft, loss or destruction to their notification.
Graffit Loyalty card is not a bank card and is not a means of payment.
Graffit Gallery Hotel reserves the right to change the terms of use of Graffit Loyalty cards at any time without notice. Any changes will be announced on the website www.graffithotel.com.
Graffit Loyalty card is valid only at Graffit Gallery Hotel.
