What is Graffit Loyalty?
Graffit Loyalty is the loyalty programme of Graffit Gallery Ltd., respectively Graffit Gallery Hotel.
Membership in Graffit Loyalty gives you access to preferential terms, additional discounts and special privileges at Graffit Gallery Hotel and the participating venues included in the programme. Your membership tier is determined by the number of completed nights:

*For this purpose, you must have given your explicit consent in your Graffit Loyalty Programme membership application for the personal data you provide to be used for the marketing purposes of Graffit Gallery Hotel.
Graffit Loyalty Membership Terms:
Every guest of Graffit Gallery Hotel is eligible to become a member of Graffit Loyalty.
To join, you need to complete an application for participation in the Graffit Loyalty Programme at the hotel or register through our official website www.graffithotel.com.
General Terms and Conditions for the Graffit Loyalty Card:
The Graffit Loyalty Card is issued by and remains the property of Graffit Gallery Ltd.
The Graffit Loyalty Card is issued after completing an application for participation in the Graffit Loyalty Programme, signed by the cardholder and submitted in person at the reception of Graffit Gallery Hotel, or after online registration through our official website www.graffithotel.com.
The personal data provided in the application will be used solely for the purposes of the Graffit Loyalty Programme and will be processed in accordance with the personal data protection policy of Graffit Gallery Ltd.
Each application for a Graffit Loyalty Card is individual.
Graffit Loyalty membership is available to individuals of legal age. A person who is a member of Graffit Loyalty is entitled to receive a personalised card corresponding to the loyalty tier they have reached in accordance with the Graffit Loyalty policy.
Graffit Loyalty Card privileges may be used by presenting the card at Graffit Gallery Hotel or by entering the card number in the booking portal at www.graffithotel.com.
A digital Graffit Loyalty Card will be sent to the email address provided by the cardholder when completing the Graffit Gallery Hotel Graffit Loyalty Programme membership application.
The Graffit Loyalty Card is issued free of charge.
In the event of a lost, stolen or damaged card, the cardholder must contact us as soon as possible by phone at +359 52 989 901 or by email at reservations@graffithotel.com.
Graffit Gallery Hotel shall not be held liable for unauthorised actions or misuse of an individual Graffit Loyalty Card by third parties during the period between the theft, loss or destruction of the card and the notification thereof.
The Graffit Loyalty Card is not a bank card and cannot be used as a means of payment.
Graffit Gallery Hotel reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions for the use of the Graffit Loyalty Card at any time without prior notice. Any changes will also be published on our official website www.graffithotel.com.
The Graffit Loyalty Card is valid exclusively at Graffit Gallery Hotel.
